Kato Bearnaise Sauce

Mediterranean Chicken Breasts 

  • 1 skinned and boned breast of chicken
  • Packet of frozen spinach (or fresh)
  • Moroccan rub or Italian herb seasoning
  • Orzo rice
  • Kato Bearnaise Sauce

Rub the chicken breasts with the seasoning or the rub and grill in the George Foreman or on a BBQ (make sure it is well cooked) Prepare spinach as packet directions or wilt fresh Serve the chicken on top of the spinach, with Orzo rice on the side, and to finish the Mediterranean touch drizzle Kato Béarnaise sauce over the top.
